Never Forget..... 9/11 Memorial
Today is the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attack on American soil killing thousands as they rammed to hijacked planes into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. It is especially sad this year as we have been having to live for the last 3 1/2 years under the presidency of a Socialist Muslim anti American President. He bows to Islamic Kings but will not even say the Pledge of Allegiance. This is election year and i fear if he is re-elected we will end up in a civil war. He is building a personal militia, trying to find reasons to call for Marshall law, Will he be successful? Let us pray not. There are many conservative groups that are ready for war if he does. The government has ordered millions of rounds of ammunition thru different departments. DOD, DHH, and many others. Some of the ammo is hollow point and some are able to pass thru a brick wall. The question keeps coming up of why and who will the be using them on. With the unearthing of the FEMA camps that have been built and staffed/ready for prisoners, it has been determined by most that the bullets are for American citizens. But that is enough about our current situation. We pray for continued peace within our borders. It just makes me very sad to know that the ones that killed thousands in the 9/11 attacks are the same are the same religion and beliefs of our own president. So for my memorials today I posted in many groups and news feed on Facebook, made a video and uploaded it on You Tube, and encouraged many to give a few minutes of prayer and remembrance to those that died that day.I am attaching link of video for all to enjoy. I know I have not been blogging much lately but busy with so many political issues due to upcoming elections. so I hope I can get back into a routine schedule. Well, here's my video and remember, Never Forget the 9/11 victims.

Life As A Free Nation Is Gone
Ok, I know I haven't posted in quite a while now but there has been so much going on that I have had to spend all my time working toward keeping our God given rights of the Constitution. So after my last blog there were a few more public shootings they called domestic terrorist. One was at the Family Research Council and a man said to be carrying a Chick-fil-A bag in the lobby of the organization's headquarters in Washington. The man walked into the lobby and when confronted by the security guard he opened fire. The security guard, although shot, and bystanders subdued the man until police arrived. My opinion is they fought back because in the light of all the recent violent attacks they were disgusted, fed up, and wasn't going to let that happen to them.
So here's where everything got weird. On Thursday Aug, 16th, the FBI, CIA, and local Chesterfield, Va. police came to the home of an ex-marine and kidnapped him. At first they said they just wanted to talk to him about his Face Book post that they felt was threatening in nature. The post on his personal facebook page had the lyrics of songs from rappers such as Vinnie Paz, 50 Cent, etc. He had also posted his theory about 911 being an inside job, his disgust with current government and the people's rapid loss of their constitutional rights. So he voluntarily went outside to talk to them. He explained he was not homicidal or suicidal, he was just exercising his 1st amendment right to free speech. He told them he was in no way a threat, that his postings were mainly lyrics and part of an on line card game he played interactively. The next thing to happen is they handcuffed hime and put him in a Chesterfield Police car and said he was under arrest for resisting arrest. Now the whole time this was being video'd by a friend. There was no resisting arrest, they never read him his Miranda rights. After being taken to the Chesterfield police station he was then brought to the John Randolph Medical Center in Hopewell. He was not charged with any crime. His family was told he was on a 72 hour mental hold and will see a judge the following Monday. On that Monday the 20th, the judge stated he would need to stay detained for another 30 days at minimum. He was being transferred to a VA Psych ward in Salem, about 3 hours away from his family, making it more difficult for them to maintain contact. The Rutherford Institute has taken Brandon's case on and is appealing the judges decision for continued institutionalization. So there are now numerous groups that I am involved in to support Brandon Raub and also to remove our corrupt and some illegal congress and president from office.
The Patriots are sick of being bullied and having all our rights taken away. It is time we took our country back. Brandon was just the catalyst for unionization of all those Patriots that feel the same way. The revolution has started and we will be "America, home of the free and the brave" once again. We even have Canadians raising up in arms because they realize what a corrupt government we have and want to help us reclaim our rights. The NDAA law signed by the president was signed into law by our illegal president on Dec. 31st, 2011. In May 2012 Judge Kathleen Forrest a Federal Judicial Judge, granted a preliminary injunction blocking the challenged provisions of the act. Obama administration is appealing her decision. Sect. 1031 of the NDAA list various reasons for the authorization of military force. The reasons don’t matter because the military does not have to give you an American Citizen ANY REASON FOR YOUR BEING KIDNAPPED BY THE MILITARY!!!!!!!!! You would be hels at a fusion center indefinately without due process. This means citizens CAN be imprisoned WITHOUT A TRIAL and held as long as the military want's to hold you.
Another section of the NDAA say's that the President can have any American killed on his order without due process or review. He can have you killed anywhere including the United States. All he has to say is he thinks you MIGHT be a terrorist.
Now for review, we are losing our constitutional rights, we are being monitored on Face Book by the government for any negative government statements. We have an illegal president and a corrupt government who are following the president like worker bee's. Allowing him to do anything he wants. We are falling under socialist and totalitarianism rule. We will be like Nazi Germany in concentration camps, being killed on a whim. To make an example for something. A large number of Patriots are FED UP and ready to start a revolution, we deserve all of our right back. So not sure when I will be able to blog again because I could be next to be kidnapped by the government thug squad because I am publicly criticizing the current governmental regime. So my fellow Patriots, God be with you as you travel the road to real freedom.
Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you that the government has recently made 2 separate orders for 400 million rounds of ammunition, including some that will penetrate a brick wall. Now that is enough ammo to kill everyone in the United State 6 times. We also have local police carrying AK's and other assault rifles. It is all about the NWO. They are gearing up to start in in force. It has been building silently for years but now is an open book.
So may God walk with each of us and protect us from the government we can no longer hold in check. Love to all my friends and family and my fellow American Patriots.

This family is near and dear to me. I will give you some background on what has happened to them and why I am asking all for help. The family consist of Dar (mom), Steven(dad), 2 older sons Dean and Luke, and of course precious Lilly who is 3. About 3 years ago the home they were living in burned down and they lost everything they owned. So they had to start over. They found new housing in a neighboring town and moved there. They slowly got the houshold items they needed. All was going well until Steve lost his job due to failing economy. At that time they got behind on their rent and utilities. Finally Steve found another job and had only been working for a few months when he was in an automobile accident (Feb. 3rd) that left him with partial paralysis from the waist down. Dar is unable to work because she has been disabled for years. They have applied for SSI for Steve but as we all know the wheels of government turn slowly for that. The oldest son is working but does not get paid nearly enough to pay all the houseshold bills. So again they are behind on these necessary things. This is where the problem lie's. It has been 6 months since the wreck and they are about to lose the home they rent. They have already lost their car. Dar, even if she could work, has to stay home to care for Steve and their daughter Lillevan (Lilly). They are just trying to get through this rough spot and really need help. Lilly thinks their back yard full of flowers is her magical kingdom. She is a precious child and loves to help her momma in the yard with the fllowers. She has 2 birds, 2 rabbits, and 4 cats which she would lose if evicted. Unfortunately they don't even have a car to live in and would be truly homeless on the streets. I must say their landlord has been extremely patient but it has come to the point where he needs to get the house rented to someone that can pay the rent. So my proposal is that if everyone of our friends both on facebook and off would donate just $1.00 then those dollars would add up quickly and we could get her rent caught up so they would not be evicted. I know times are hard on everone right now, but if you could find it in your heart to donate that one dollar (or more if you would like), we could save this family, and especially little Lilly from being homeless. I pray that all will help and thank those that do in advance.

Shame on Americans
We are crying about the shape of America, but we got here because it was allowed. We did not call or Senator's and Congressmen to voice our opinion. They, therefore, did not worry about what their constituents would want them to vote for or against most of the recent laws that are hurting the American citizens. And as of late, this very hush-hush Presidential service group, have come up with and pass several laws without the knowledge or consent of Congress. One is that Mr. Obama created a law that gives him the right to "Kill any American he wants " without trial by judge and jury. All he has to do is say he has belief that this person might be a terrorist. Link to story is : http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DW1gjAna1D6w&h=bAQE-OsXf . again, why did this happen, because most Americans are not screaming at the top of their lungs that this is not right. They bury their heads in the sand and perhaps if they don't think about it nothing will happen. But it is happening. We are turning into a communist country where we have no rights and can be executed for no good reason. It is sad that we have become so complacent that we allow this to happen in a once great country. Where once it was considered the land of the free and the brave, but now is more like the land of the enslaved and the cowardly. Why don't our countrymen see what is happening here. Why don't they rise up and fight to reclaim our country. I know I would rather die fighting than die as a coward. Even the Chinese are weighing in on the situation. You can read it for your self at the following link. http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thenewamerican.com%2Fusnews%2Fforeign-policy%2Fitem%2F11615-communist-china-blasts-second-amendment-us-human-rights-record&h=hAQE3-ggF . So I hope that before is too late the people of the United States decide they want their freedom more than slavery under a communist leader that thinks he is beyond reproach. If not, shame on Americans for not caring enough to save our country and it's citizens.

Life in the Slow Lane
Do you ever think about the "good old days"? Of course the younger generation would not remember, all they have ever known was a life in the fast lane, I remember long summer days we would spend playing outside til dark. No game consoles or computer games then. No Smart Phones, Droid's, I Pad's, etc. Hell, we were lucky to even have a house phone. Good old rotary phones, the big bulky black ones. One television if you were lucky and got 3 channels with rabbit ears. Don't forget, it was a black and white television. All shows were PG, no profanity, nudity, or blood and gore. An icebox was just that, an insulated metal box that you put big blocks of ice in to keep food cold. Rich people had attic fans, the rest were lucky to have window fans. If the wringer washer was broke it was back to the foot tub and scrub board. People that lived in the country still had outhouses. Indoor plumbing was a luxury. Most walked every where they went or took the public bus if one was available where you lived. Only used taxi's in emergency. The poor could not afford vehicles. Although times may have been a little tougher then, there were many good things you didn't have to worry about. You didn't have to lock your doors. You could leave your car keys in the ignition Murder was almost nonexistent compared to today's statistics. There were no pedophiles, serial killers, and rapist as is so prevalent in current times. Don't get me wrong, it's not as though there was never any crime, but the crime rate was so low, usually only occurring in big cities. You did have the gangsters of the early 1900's, fighting for control of a territory, especially during prohibition. But they were killing each other, not the innocent. I think if I had a choice, I would opt for those good old day's rather than current times. But that of course is just me. So here I am an old woman wishing that I was out swinging on the swing that hung from the big tree in the yard that daddy made. Swing Sets were for the rich when they started making them. But poor was good, it was a kind loving family that worked together to accomplish the needs of each day. Everyone had their chore's but the kids had plenty of play time. There was no morbid obesity of the young from lack of exercise. We ran and played all day. We were served well balanced meals 3 times a day, and you only ate at meal time. But, it was okay, we were to busy playing anyway. School was better, You only had to learn the basics, reading, writing, arithmetic, geography, and world history. You didn't have to take state required test to determine if you passed or failed.............. So here's the thing. I grew up poor but in the best times you could. I had a loving family, and though we had very few material items, we had each other. We used our imagination for playing. Only thing kids can imagine now is their new smart phone or new car. No paper dolls or puzzles made of Popsicle sticks. I laugh to think of what a 8 year old would do now in this time if we gave her paper dolls for her birthday. I can see it now, throwing it aside and saying "cute joke, now where's the real present". The other good things about the good old day's were gasoline at 19 cents a gallon, bread 10 cents a loaf, a gallon of milk for 89 cents. Going to the movie with a dollar and be able to buy your ticket and get a soda and popcorn with the same dollar. Well, I guess I have rambled enough about those times that we will never see again. Oh, for the good old days, life in the slow lane. It wasn't so bad after all.

Gun Owners vs. Murderers
On July 20th, 2012, James Holmes walked into a theater in Aurora, Co. and started shooting randomly at the patrons there. In the carnage he shot 71 people with 12 of them being fatal. This is giving more leverage to the government for their gun control agenda. How odd that this occurred only months before the Presidential elections. As many have said before me, if you take away our right to bear arms, the only ones that would have them are the criminals because they don't care about laws and the victims of these criminals would not be able to defend themselves and their homes. As most gum owners believe, there are no bad guns, just bad people. The average person that owns weapons, whether for hunting or personal safety, does not go on rampages like that. If they did it would be occurring on a daily basis. Yes there are a lot of sick crazy people in the world, but banning gun ownership is not the answer. They will just obtain weapons illegally. What do you think? Perhaps a stricter screening of those wanting to purchase a weapon?
Where Are the Voices
In February of 1993, Al Qaeda terrorist drove a truck into the parking garage of the World Trade Center. It was intended to knock the North Tower (Tower One) into the South Tower (Tower Two), bringing both towers down and killing thousands of people. It failed to do so, but did kill six people and injured more than a thousand. American Citizens were shocked and out raged. They wanted retaliation. These terrorist were living illegally in New Jersey and when there apartment was discovered the police found supplies for making many more bombs. But the American people became complacent about such attacks.
September 11, 2001, 19 al-Qaeda terrorist hijacked 4 commercial air liners to use in their suicide mission in the US. The 3 targets were the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and the US Capital Building. They successfully flew 2 planes into the WTC and 1 into the Pentagon. The 4th plane heading for the Capital Building was stopped because the plane crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania after its passengers attempted to take control of the jet from the hijackers. These were brave Americans that knew they were going to die but decided they would rather die fighting than quivering in fear.
The people of America banded together in the weeks following the September 11th attacks like few other times in American history. People responded with donations of blood, effort and money. People joined in prayer and looked to God as not seen in many years. They realized how vulnerable we were. They screamed for justice and retaliation. They flew the flag and wore American flag pins. Many left their normal life and joined the military as they felt they could help their country better as a soldier than as a civilian.
President George W Bush immediately called for all civilized nations to band together and fight terrorism. The military of the United States mobilized for war in an operation code named Enduring Freedom. The government declared Osama Bin Laden to be the main suspect and sent the military to fight him and his terrorist organization, Al Qaeda in Afghanistan.
Now here we sit almost 11 years later. Complacent, thinking this could never happen again. But it is happening now, behind closed doors and in whispers. But this attack is by our very own government.
So where are those voices that called out so loud and long after 9/11? Where did they go? It seems as though the people of the United States are afraid to offend someone if they speak out against this attack.
Do not get me wrong. This is not a conspiracy theory, not about Right or Left Wing, Republican or Democrat, nor about race as so many will say. This is about the rights of Americans as written in the Constitution that are slowly being stripped away. Most people are acting as pacifist (don't stir the pot), or are ignorant about the rights they are losing, or complacent thinking it won't happen. So therefore we do not hear many voices calling for freedom and retainment of our Constitutional rights. Many people are afraid if they say something while Mr. Obama is in office they will be considered a racist. That is what he depends on. That is why mainstream media will never say anything negative about him. But please, look at the facts.
Mr. Obama is anti-American. He will not put his hand over his heart for the pledge of allegiance in the US, but will do so in a foreign country. He would not allow Christians a Day of Prayer, but the Muslims were allowed one. He runs around the world apologizing for the arrogance of the United States. I'm sorry, black, white, red, or yellow, anyone that displays that type of behavior should not hold the office of the President.
So let’s get back to our rights. I wonder how many people know what their Constitutional rights are? We have lost many already. Should we so willingly give up our Liberties?
Liberty means that a person is free to make choices about, for example, what to say or to do. A primary purpose of constitutional government in the United States is to make the liberty of individuals secure. The preamble to the Constitution proclaims that a principal reason for establishing the federal government is to “secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.”
The Bill of Rights, Amendments 1 to 10 of the Constitution, protects the individuals rights to liberty from the power of government. The 1st Amendment, for example, says that Congress shall not take away a person' freedoms of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition. But many sections of the first amendment have been stripped away from the citizens. We can no longer have prayer in schools nor can we assemble publicly in prayer. We cannot assemble in public places to protest for our continued rights or we will be arrested.
The Constitution guarantees liberty for the people to participate publicly in the political life of their society. The 1st Amendment freedoms, for example, protect a person's right to participate freely in activities to elect representatives in government and to influence public decisions of elected and appointed government officials. As long as these assemblies are not violent, there should be no government interference. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution prohibits the passing or creation of any law which establishes a religious body and directly impedes an individual’s right to practice whichever religion they see fit. Well, at least that part of the 1st Amendment has been salvaged so far.
The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution protects the right of the individual to keep and bear firearms. The right to arm oneself is viewed as a personal liberty to deter undemocratic or oppressive governing bodies from forming and to repel impending invasions. Furthermore, the right to bear arms was instituted within the Bill of Rights to suppress insurrection, participate and uphold the law, enable the citizens of the United States to organize a militia, and to facilitate the natural right to self-defense. The Second Amendment was developed as a result of the rules of the British parliament. Colonists were often oppressed and forced to pay unjust taxes at the hand of the unruly parliament. As a result, the American people yearned for an Amendment that would guarantee them the right to bear arms and protect themselves against similar situations. The Second Amendment was drafted to provide for the common defense and the general welfare of the United States through the ability to raise and support militias.
Like the majority of fields within American law, the Fourth Amendment is heavily rooted in the English legal doctrine. In a general sense, the Fourth Amendment was created to limit the power of the government and their ability to enforce legal actions on individuals. The Fourth Amendment was adopted as a direct response to the abuse of the writ of assistance, which was a type of general search warrant used by the government during the American Revolution. The Amendment was created to limit the powers of the law enforcement agency who is conducting a search of an individual’s personal property. Where did this one go? I wonder how many were even aware of it. Of course if you have nothing to hide you would not care anyway, let them search. But, as a citizen who has the right to bear arms, if they were to come in and take my legally obtained weapons, then it would be a problem.
The Fifth Amendment guarantees an American individual the right to trial by Grand Jury for specific crimes, the right not to be tried and subsequently punished more than once for the same crime, the right to be tried with only due process of the law and the right to be awarded fair compensation for any property seized by the government for public use. The Fifth Amendment also guarantees the individual the right to refrain from self-incrimination by “pleading the fifth” to any questions or inquiries that may give way to an additional punishment or the notion of a guilty plea. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district where the crime was committed. The individual has the right to be informed of the nature and cause of the crime, and to be able to confront the witnesses against him, to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense. Well how many people have spent several years in jail waiting for a case to be built against them? More than we will ever know. But it does happen.
The founding fathers developed the Seventh Amendment as a check against the potential abuse of power of the government. The Seventh Amendment enabled the common man (the jury) to possess some power in regards to the decisive authority when examining a court matter.
the Ninth Amendment was created to constitute an independent source of undeniable rights which are protected from infringement by either the States or the Federal Government.
the Tenth Amendment was instituted in the Bill of Rights to ensure that the federal government would only exercise the powers that were stated as permissible in the Constitution. All other powers that are not directly referred to in the United States Constitution were delivered to the individual states.
So I would challenge each of you to stop and think about these Rights which affect the American Citizen the most as seen above. We have already lost our freedom of religion in public places, our right to assemble in protest without interference. Now they are trying to take away our right to bear arms, even those legally obtained by citizens with no previous criminal history. Many parts of these rights have been slowly picked away. How long do we sit on our hands and think that someone else will say or do something about it. A few can only try to stop this, but many could succeed in it. So find your voice, get indignant that we are turning into a socialist/communist country with no freedoms or rights. Call your Congressman and Senator. Tell them how you feel about this. If only a few will speak up, we are doomed. Our once free nation will fall and crumble. Don't be afraid to cry out for a rightful cause. Find those voices again, those of outrage and indignation. Scream as loud as you can that we will not let this happen in our country. Set aside all differences and scream out as our Pledge says. One nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
So for all that think I'm crazy, that I’m racist, or that I am trying to incite people to riot. The answer to all those are no. I simply want all the citizens of our once great nation, to fight for what we had before and to retain what liberties we have left. If we are going to save our country we have to.
